Returns and Refunds:
Due to food safety considerations, all sales of coffee products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If this is your first time buying coffee from us, we recommend buying a single 12oz. bag to test before buying a larger quanitity.
If there is a mistake with your order, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please send a message to support@beautifulbeastcoffee.com with a description of the issue and your order number so we can fix it!
If your coffee arrives damaged, please send a message to support@beautifulbeastcoffee.com within 72 hours of delivery. Take a photo of the damaged product and damaged shipping box (if both are defective), and send it to the above email. We will submit a claim through the shipping company, and send your replacement coffee immediately.
